Performs advanced accounting work for district and appellate courts, including receiving and disbursing payments, balancing accounts, posting entries, issuing checks, managing collections, processing deposits and electronic fund transfers, and researching delinquent payments. Lead the new-car sales floor, desk deals to maximize gross and volume, close sales, outbound calls to leads and follow-ups, execute Chevrolet programs, partner with BDC and Finance, and train and develop the sales team to hit targets.

Own monthly and quarterly close activities, including reconciliations, journal entries, payroll, invoicing, collections, accruals, and cash management. Support tax filings, audits, internal controls, revenue recognition, management reporting, and variance analysis. Administer finance systems, improve accounting processes through automation, and support finance projects and analyses in a high-growth startup environment.
