Own full sales cycle for net-new enterprise healthcare customers in Utah: prospect, qualify (MEDDIC/MEDDICC), build ROI-driven proposals, close $100K+ ACV deals, maintain HubSpot pipeline, collaborate with SDRs, sales engineering, marketing, and ensure smooth handoffs to implementation and customer success while identifying expansion opportunities.

Provide high-level executive administrative support to the CEO, including calendar and travel management, meeting coordination and materials preparation, correspondence handling, confidential information management, and stakeholder communication.

Support underwriters by entering submissions, preparing quotes, binders and policies, gathering loss runs and risk data, computing rates, managing documentation, and following up with producers to ensure completeness.

Handle inbound customer calls, internet and live chat inquiries; schedule sales appointments; present initial financing options; follow up on leads and no-shows; use CRM daily and support team processes.
