Serve as primary customer contact to resolve inquiries via calls and email, troubleshoot issues, document interactions in the CRM, collaborate with internal teams, and provide feedback to improve products and workflows. Maintain strong product knowledge and de-escalation skills.

Lead and coordinate Colorado state government projects, managing project plans, timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication. Collaborate with analytics teams to develop and improve data reporting, ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables, track project hours and budgets, and continually improve project processes.

Sell LogicGate's AI-driven GRC platform to large enterprises by building territory plans, prospecting, managing full sales cycles, partnering with Solutions Engineers for demos, negotiating deals, and advising customers on best practices to drive pipeline and revenue.

Design, build, and own scalable data pipelines and evaluation systems that power production AI features and internal analytics. Ensure data quality across ingestion, modeling, and reporting, collaborate with ML and analytics teams, deploy and monitor ML systems, and establish standards for data work and evaluation.

Drive new client acquisition and revenue through high-volume lead outreach, sales strategy, CRM pipeline management, client pitches, stakeholder engagement, pricing analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to meet sales targets.

Lead technology vision, product and platform delivery, cybersecurity, privacy and K-12 compliance. Drive architecture, vendor management, operations, AI governance, and partner with executive team to scale the Checkology platform and organizational systems.
