Short-term (3-month) HRIS consultant role requiring a seasoned SuccessFactors specialist with 10+ years' experience. Must be Houston-based, able to work long hours and attend global timezone calls to support HRIS activities and implementations.

Design and lead enterprise application delivery and DevOps architecture. Develop CI/CD, cloud/PaaS, containerization, resiliency, monitoring, and integration solutions. Translate enterprise architecture into logical designs, mentor teams, and ensure delivered solutions meet functional, performance, and operational requirements.

Lead end-to-end weekly and biweekly payroll for a 95+ location, multi-state organization. Manage payroll and commission teams, ensure compliance and data integrity, administer ADP configuration and integrations, handle audits, reconciliations, GL entries, W-2s, support leaders, drive process improvements and system upgrades.

Coordinate and execute brand and marketing initiatives across print, web, social, PR and trade shows. Manage marketing ticketing, orders, inventory, templates, reputation responses, and regional onboarding/offboarding. Support sales with collateral, generate content, prepare reports, and ensure marketing processes meet objectives and budgets. Hybrid role with regional travel and shoot coordination.

Serve as the first phone contact for prospective and continuing students: handle high-volume engagements, support automated contact strategies, enter data accurately, meet response and accuracy metrics, build rapport to secure transfers and referrals, and adapt to changing processes and technology.

Lead strategy and execution for enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, and systems reliability. Build and scale a high-performing IT operations team, drive automation and observability, manage incident and change processes, partner cross-functionally on security and architecture, and lead large-scale infrastructure transformation to ensure resilient, scalable services.

Provide CAD drafting and drawing management support: create engineering and sales drawings from sketches or instructions using AutoCAD/Revit, translate plans into company formats, develop new drawing methods/processes, and collaborate with engineers and sales while adhering to OSHA trench and excavation requirements.

Assist in running a self-directed summer camp, supervising campers, facilitating activities, managing daily operations, and providing support to staff and parents.

Lead and scale Unframe's global partner ecosystem to generate partner-sourced pipeline, recruit and activate strategic partners (SIs, hyperscalers, channel), build repeatable co-sell motions, hire and manage a partnerships team, align cross-functionally with Sales/Product/RevOps, and drive partner-influenced revenue. Frequent travel (30-40%).
