Position Summary:

This role will ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the Accounting department. This role will provide various general accounting tasks.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Enters and verifies the accuracy of invoices, accounting documents, and records
Assists and manages job costing for multiple locations
Performs the day to day management of the payment cycle
Creates and records journal entries
Reconciles assigned accounts
Assists with Month-End close processes
Assists with reporting as necessary
Ability to meet payable deadlines through organization and company processes

Requirements

Education:

Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience

Experience and Competencies:

1-3 years of previous AP / accounting experience desired
Strong attention to detail
Able to multitask and appropriately follow up on outstanding tasks
Prompt, professional and dependable demeanor
