Develop AEO/GEO initiatives, employee storytelling systems, recruiter enablement materials, AI-powered content tools, and talent brand guidelines. Measure candidate sentiment, conversion, and hiring outcomes while partnering with Recruiting, Marketing, Communications, and People teams.

Execute email campaigns, analyze performance metrics, evaluate AI and automation tools, and partner with the Copy Lead on messaging and workflow optimization.

Collaborates with design, strategy, and account teams while contributing creative ideas and staying current with design trends. The full-time internship lasts four months, with potential extension and advancement.

Supports corporate development and strategy projects through market and customer analysis, financial modeling, valuation, business case development, and M&A transaction support. Conducts competitive and technology research, contributes to cross-functional workstreams, identifies growth and partnership opportunities, synthesizes findings into management presentations, and develops recommendations for decision-making.

Coordinates workforce development projects by managing schedules, resources, documentation, outreach, meetings, risks, quality assurance, budgets, and stakeholder communication. Serves as an interdepartmental liaison, monitors project progress, resolves issues, supports program operations, and provides administrative assistance to leadership.

Provides day-to-day contract documentation and administration for physical commodity transactions, supporting trades from execution through completion. Focuses on petrochemical and fuel oil activity, with exposure to crude oil, natural gas, and renewable commodities. Provides technical and sales support for semiconductor and vacuum equipment products. Responsibilities include assisting customers and sales teams, preparing quotes and order documentation, tracking orders, resolving delivery issues, prospecting accounts, following up on leads, conducting outbound communications, qualifying opportunities, supporting product campaigns, demonstrating products, and meeting sales goals.
