Owns the consumer credit reporting and Fair Credit Reporting Act risk governance program. The role applies firsthand quota-carrying sales experience to assess candidates, represents the employer brand, tracks recruiting metrics, and ensures a compliant, high-quality candidate experience. Periodic travel for conferences, sales meetings, and candidate engagement is required.

Owns new product production launches from approved brief through the first 90 days after launch. Responsibilities include reviewing lead times, capacity, and vendor readiness; managing purchase orders, vendors, and components; ensuring on-time, in-full delivery across DTC, Amazon, and wholesale channels; monitoring launch risks; maintaining vendor scorecards; reporting capacity against launch schedules; and coordinating post-launch handoffs.

Advises on CRM, financial, analytics, and institutional data ecosystems; guides APIs, ETL/ELT, batch, real-time, and event-driven integrations; troubleshoots data and interface issues; mentors cross-functional teams; and supports sales and business development. Periodic client travel is required.
