Manage and lead the Network Engineering team to operate, maintain, and improve campus, data center, WAN, wireless, and optical networks. Oversee projects, incident response, lifecycle and change management, documentation, and compliance with security and gaming regulations while providing technical leadership and mentoring.

Design and implement avatar movement, sandbox systems, customization and progression, and 3C (Character, Camera, Controls). Prototype and iterate with cross-disciplinary teams, integrate audio/animation/effects, create NPCs, and own social/cooperative gameplay systems to foster player expression and community.

Support the Creator Partnerships team with day-to-day operations: maintain CRM and outreach tracking, prepare partnership decks, coordinate campaigns, assist virtual events and livestream activations, communicate with creators, research livestreaming trends and competitor platforms, identify outreach channels, and help grow creator communities.

Provide front-line clerical support for Tribal Member Services: process disbursements and utility forms, update forms/calendars/spreadsheets, assist members with copying/faxing, manage keys and lists, reconcile petty cash and credit card charges, process PayPal transactions, coordinate meetings, and support managers as needed.

Drive commercial deals from contracting request to signature across SaaS, services, and hybrid agreements. Lead analytics to improve player experience, engagement, retention, and monetization. Analyze player lifecycle, run cohort and funnel analyses, design and evaluate A/B tests, build dashboards, define product metrics, investigate KPI changes, and partner with product, marketing, engineering, and data teams to deliver data-driven recommendations and improve data quality.
