Lead NWITC's visual identity and communications strategy through branding, graphic design, photography/videography, digital content, social media management, website updates, and community outreach. Produce culturally responsive, trauma-informed materials, maintain media libraries and brand standards, coordinate referral and outreach relationships, and support internal and external communications to increase awareness and partnerships.

Provide HR support for recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, HRIS maintenance, training coordination, compliance with employment and gaming regulations, and assist management with performance and personnel actions.

Provide accurate, timely financial accounting for the casino including month-end close, account reconciliations, revenue and expense reporting, sales and occupancy tax filings, GAAP and NIGC MICS compliance, ad hoc reporting, and collaboration with department leaders.

Lead video production from concept to final delivery, creating trailers, social content, and cinematic sequences. Use motion graphics, sound design, color grading, and AI-generated tools to produce high-quality assets, establish scalable workflows, and mentor junior editors while collaborating across creative, product, and marketing teams.

Manage and lead the Network Engineering team to operate, maintain, and improve campus, data center, WAN, wireless, and optical networks. Oversee projects, incident response, lifecycle and change management, documentation, and compliance with security and gaming regulations while providing technical leadership and mentoring.

Design and implement avatar movement, sandbox systems, customization and progression, and 3C (Character, Camera, Controls). Prototype and iterate with cross-disciplinary teams, integrate audio/animation/effects, create NPCs, and own social/cooperative gameplay systems to foster player expression and community.
