Lead end-to-end accounts payable operations including invoice lifecycle, payment runs, VAT filings, bank reconciliations, inventory and freight financials. Produce cash flow forecasts, drive P2P automation, support audits and month/year-end close, and serve as primary contact for suppliers and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve issues and optimize processes.

Manage the full grant lifecycle for the Tribe: budgets, financial reporting, compliance with OMB/uniform guidance, tracking grants, coordinating proposals, audits, and serving as liaison to funders.

Deliver live presentations and client education, manage client logins and Salesforce pipeline, track renewals and usage reporting, run CRM and Excel reports, liaise with marketing, schedule and execute client outreach, take detailed notes and follow up on action items, and provide proactive client support to grow adoption of APM Music services.

Lead accounting for multiple gaming facilities ensuring GAAP-compliant financial records. Oversee general ledger, monthly/annual financial reporting, audits, regulatory compliance (Gaming Regulations, NIGC MICS), internal controls, and revenue reporting. Supervise accounting staff, coordinate audits, provide financial and ad-hoc business analysis, and maintain policies and procedures.

Provide HR support for recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, HRIS maintenance, training coordination, compliance with employment and gaming regulations, and assist management with performance and personnel actions.

Provide accurate, timely financial accounting for the casino including month-end close, account reconciliations, revenue and expense reporting, sales and occupancy tax filings, GAAP and NIGC MICS compliance, ad hoc reporting, and collaboration with department leaders.
