Supports daily financial operations through general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, month-end and year-end close, fixed asset schedules, payroll support, expense administration, AP/AR, tax filings, audit preparation, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow reporting, and internal control improvements. The role collaborates with HR, operations, site leadership, auditors, and corporate finance to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting.

Support accounts payable, month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, credit card audits, and audit packages. Serve as backup to Controller and Staff Accountant, assist with compliance (payroll and sales/use tax) and special finance projects.

Support customer adoption by delivering foundational product guidance, basic training, and documentation. Partner with CSM/CSS to meet utilization benchmarks, escalate blockers, prepare reports, and coordinate internal resources. Travel to dealerships up to 25% and maintain product and industry knowledge to improve client outcomes.

Develop and maintain web-service applications using JavaScript-capable technologies; follow SCRUM Agile; apply security patches and scans; assess vulnerabilities; support application accreditation; translate requirements into end-to-end designs; track and resolve bugs; write technical documentation and coordinate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Maintain and improve the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, ensure accurate customer data, import/clean/validate datasets, support ClickDimensions marketing automation, monitor workflows, create reports/dashboards, train users, and identify process automation opportunities across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and BI teams.
