The analyst partners with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Customer Service, and IT, while supporting shop-floor technologies and post-go-live stabilization.

Lead end-to-end procurement for raw materials, packaging, and contract manufacturing. Develop sourcing strategies, negotiate contracts, manage supplier performance and qualification, drive cost-savings and value engineering, support NPD and launches, coordinate inventory planning with S&OP, and run RFPs/RFQs to optimize cost, quality, and supply reliability.

Own post-sale onboarding: run initial setup calls, guide clients hands-on, answer questions, flag product issues, schedule follow-ups, and build relationships to drive customer activation and long-term retention.

Design and deliver electrical and control systems for large-scale projects: control system design (hardware/software/network), panel design, power calculations, risk assessment, component selection, control programming, installation/commissioning, vendor management, code compliance, safety-critical design, documentation, and testing.

Manage development accounting for real estate projects including GAAP financials, cash-flow and projections, tax schedules, requisitions/invoices, audit support, and coordination with legal, capital markets, lenders, and owners. Prepare monthly/quarterly project statements and ad hoc management reports while applying joint venture and consolidation accounting rules.

Lead product design, development, testing, and validation for assigned projects. Create and update drawings and BOMs, perform tolerance/material/BOM checks, support manufacturing/purchasing/quality issues, implement cost-down design changes, ensure safety/agency compliance, and use DFM/DFMEA/PFMEA and impact analysis to meet cost, schedule, and performance targets.

Provide data-driven insights and operational support for key customer accounts, manage billing lifecycle, audit statements, resolve escalations, build recurring reports and dashboards, analyze complex datasets to drive cost savings and process improvements, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve operations.
