Help Bring Auctions to Life
Every successful auction has a team behind the scenes making it happen.
At Steffes Group, we sell everything from construction equipment and farm machinery to businesses, land, estates, and specialty assets. Our auctions connect thousands of buyers and sellers across the world through cutting-edge online technology and live auction events.
We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented team member who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping moving pieces on track.
This role is perfect for someone who loves organization, enjoys helping customers, and takes pride in making sure every detail is handled correctly.
No two days are exactly alike. One day you might be preparing equipment listings for an upcoming auction, the next you may be helping customers, supporting a live auction event, or coordinating final settlement details.
If you're someone who loves checking things off a list, solving problems, and being at the center of a busy operation, we'd love to meet you.
