Embed in a core business area to define the right problems, design metrics, run analyses and experiments, build reports, surface insights, and drive data-informed decisions end-to-end to improve product, growth, AI/automation, or partnerships.

Supervise operations analysts and safety team to support division managers: reduce water loss, manage safety and training, oversee fleet and tank maintenance, coordinate capital planning, handle water reporting, recruit and train staff, and lead process and best-practice improvements to ensure efficient, safe operations.

Supervise a small team of project managers while managing a limited portfolio of high-touch digital accounts. Maintain PMO standards, lead training, implement process improvements, oversee billing and budgets, enable AI-powered workflows, and coordinate cross-functional collaboration across Client Engagement, Digital Ops, and Data & Technology.

Develop annual operational budgets, perform variance analysis and financial modeling for multi-facility programs; partner with program, regional, and corporate leaders to translate financial data into actionable insights to identify growth, address gaps, and manage risks.

Build and maintain customer-facing web platform and internal tools across backend, databases, and frontend. Design and implement APIs, interfaces to orchestrate workflows on robotic hardware, and data-visualization dashboards to inspect large-scale dataset quality. Ship full-stack product features and contribute to data collection application.

Lead plant materials operations including planning, warehouse, customer service, logistics and engineering change coordination. Balance inventory, freight and staffing vs. delivery performance; implement inbound/outbound flows during industrialization using INFOR LN; manage SCM KPIs, continuous improvement, safety and supplier forecasts; coach and develop the local SCM team and partner with production, purchasing and engineering.

Designs, implements, and maintains automation workflows and IaC/RPA solutions; applies AIOps and ML-driven analytics to detect, correlate, and resolve infrastructure issues; optimizes capacity, performance, patching, backups, and reporting; collaborates with cross-functional teams.
