Duties & Responsibilities:

Lincoln International is seeking an Executive Assistant to join its rapidly growing team. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for supporting a team of investment bankers and performing other administrative responsibilities. The Executive Assistant should have relevant professional experience, be entrepreneurial, poised, and able to deal with many different people both inside as well as outside the firm. The individual should exercise considerable discretion and independent judgment and handle outside contacts with finesse and diplomacy. Lincoln fosters a cohesive and supportive work environment and encourages teamwork. To be successful in this role, you will have exceptional organizational skills, be team focused, and have flexibility to best support each team member. In addition, you will have a strong attention to detail, the ability to work professionally and efficiently in a deadline driven environment and the willingness to take ownership of tasks from beginning to end. Regular working hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with a 30-minute lunch break. Willingness and ability to work overtime is necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to a team of investment bankers, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, travel and expense management
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels and ground transportation, and process expenses through Concur
  • Develop a strong understanding of the Valuations & Opinions Group and the engagement lifecycle in order to anticipate team needs and provide effective support
  • Maintain accurate engagement, contact and meeting information in Salesforce, including tracking engagement progress, entering notes and supporting marketing lists
  • Research companies and contacts to support active engagements and post-close marketing initiatives
  • Assist with invoicing and aged receivable follow-up
  • Prepare and edit Microsoft Word documents, PowerPoint presentations and Excel files
  • Coordinate with professionals across Lincoln’s U.S. and international offices to schedule meetings, conference calls and interviews and facilitate the delivery of presentation materials
  • Handle internal and external inquiries professionally and exercise discretion when working with confidential or sensitive information
  • Take ownership of administrative projects and other responsibilities as needed

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of comprehensive administrative experience supporting senior executives, preferably in professional services, financial services or investment banking
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex calendars, domestic and international travel, and a high volume of competing priorities
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Salesforce and Concur, or similar systems
  • Proactive, resourceful and able to complete assignments independently with sound judgment and minimal supervision
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, service-oriented approach
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization and follow-through
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Additional Information:

Lincoln International is not currently hiring individuals for this position who now or in the future require sponsorship for employment visa status.

The pay range for this role is $60,000-$80,000 on an annual basis.  This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Illinois.  An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.  

This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
