Pre-sales technical role on Partnerships team translating Flashpoint threat data into actionable outcomes. Run and tailor demos, support sales strategy, consult with customers, translate needs to engineering/intel teams, build enablement materials, and influence product roadmap while growing into a trusted advisor for CTI and OSINT use cases.

Perform electrical engineering and detailed design for industrial, utility, and oil & gas projects. Execute power system studies (short circuit, load flow, arc flash, harmonic, relay coordination) using industry software, develop one-line/control/wiring diagrams and construction packages, support substations, T&D, commissioning, field troubleshooting, and coordinate with clients, utilities, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams. Lead and scale DS's Programs function for defense-focused RF sensing and embedded AI systems. Own program execution end-to-end: requirements, schedules, budgets, risks, subcontractor coordination, customer communication, demonstrations, and capture/proposal inputs. Build lightweight program operating cadence, hire and mentor PM/TPM staff, and ensure alignment with technical roadmap and business strategy.

Manage payroll and HR operations, maintain employee records, administer garnishments, and lead non-exempt recruiting and onboarding. Handle workers' compensation and unemployment claims, support employee relations and HR compliance audits, and run engagement and recognition programs. Provide bilingual (English/Spanish) HR support for the Raleigh home office.

Provide HR guidance and support for home office and site managers, ensure compliance with policies, CBAs and employment laws, coach managers on employee relations, recruitment, performance and labor issues, investigate complaints and EEOC matters, develop HR policies and training, collaborate with recruiting, and support workforce development and installation access requirements.

Drive strategic sales and retention for Equipment Value Management across assigned geographies. Pursue new business, protect and renew large contracts, lead consultative sales for On-Site Managed, Clinical Engineering, and Peak Need Rental solutions, collaborate with internal teams, conduct client business reviews, and use data-driven insights to demonstrate value and profitability.
