Lead and produce sophisticated prospect research to inform fundraising solicitations and donor management. Manage prospect portfolios, verify capacity and contact details, analyze constituent data to identify opportunities, ensure data hygiene with operations teams, provide strategic insights to fundraising partners, and maintain best-practice standards and professional development.

Create and maintain product listings and site merchandising for automotive parts using SEO and accurate product data. Perform product research, basic photography, and fix website/listing issues. Use Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office; work onsite 8AM–5PM and handle occasional lifting (~50 lbs).

Provide professional archival reference services to the public and government agencies; research and retrieve records; assist patrons with microfilm/microfiche and copying; create finding aids, indexes and guides; manage genealogical publications; develop outreach programs and exhibits; process and transcribe archival holdings; perform other assigned archival and records management duties.

Lead and coordinate business strategic and tactical projects across the organization. Drive priorities, resource allocation, stakeholder communication, risk mitigation, change management, ROI evaluation, process improvements, and budget oversight to ensure projects meet scope, schedule, cost, and quality objectives.

Lead development of next-generation web properties using Drupal and full web stack. Build custom Drupal modules/themes, responsive frontends, backend services, APIs, and support large-scale infrastructure while collaborating across digital teams.

Sell products and grow sales within an assigned territory by visiting prospects and customers, maintaining relationships, coordinating with inside sales, using CRM and NetSuite to plan travel and track interactions, and delivering excellent customer service.

Provide administrative and coordination support for IT projects and operations: assist with policies/procedures, licensing, project tracking, vendor management, meeting coordination, clerical tasks, and routine reports. Travel between facilities (~10%) and occasional evenings/weekends may be required.

Provide administrative and HR support including recruitment tasks, calendar and schedule management for senior managers, process improvement, office equipment/software use, project support, and professional communication. Must be highly proficient in MS Office and familiar with Jotform, Paylocity, and other office platforms; Spanish/Portuguese and childcare regulation familiarity preferred.

Territory-focused sales role responsible for growing distributor, dealer, contractor, and builder accounts through field visits, prospecting, account servicing, pipeline management in CRM, market intelligence, and margin-focused selling. Represents the company at events and partners with inside sales and operations to deliver customer commitments.
