Manage complex workers' compensation claims end-to-end: investigate compensability, set reserves, coordinate case management and return-to-work, handle subrogation and litigation, negotiate settlements, report to carriers, and maintain regulatory compliance while delivering strong customer service.

Configure and maintain AR and PM billing tables in Avatar, set up electronic claims (837) and remittance (835) functionality, resolve billing/configuration errors, manage payor and clearinghouse setups, coordinate GL mappings with Finance/ERP, support helpdesk billing issues, and lead testing and implementation of billing-related EHR updates.

Support the Board of Trustees by preparing committee and board materials (agendas, reports, talking points, PowerPoints), digitizing and organizing board files, preparing in-person meeting logistics (printing, refreshments, Zoom testing), and assisting with scheduling, data entry, research, and other administrative tasks while learning nonprofit governance and communication standards.

Manage and oversee all accounting and treasury functions for the Treasurer's office, including cash management, bank relations, reconciliations, cash forecasting, reporting, supervisory duties, policy compliance, audit support, public inquiries, and process improvements.

Manage charter inquiries and bookings, provide accurate quotes, coordinate logistics (itineraries, ground transport, catering), greet guests, handle payments and records, resolve guest issues, cultivate partner relationships, generate leads, and support marketing and operations to deliver VIP charter experiences.

Own and scale the search, indexing, and data-scanning infrastructure for petabyte-scale data. Optimize hybrid lexical and vector retrieval for sub-second latency, design cost-effective hot/warm/cold data tiering and massive asynchronous scans, drive down latency and cost, and provide technical leadership for resilient, highly available indexing and retrieval systems.
