The Dean serves as chief academic and administrative leader of the College of Education, overseeing academic quality, faculty and staff leadership, student success, strategic planning, budgeting, accreditation, enrollment, partnerships and fundraising. The role advances program excellence, operational effectiveness and long-term growth while ensuring compliance with university policies, accreditation standards and applicable laws. The Dean collaborates with university and community stakeholders and must accommodate travel plus evening and weekend responsibilities.

Conducts comprehensive information security assessments for clients through interviews, policy reviews, and evaluation of physical and operational controls. Independently manages assessment lifecycles, multiple deadlines, documentation, reporting, and remediation planning. Communicates findings to technical and executive audiences, advises on security controls and regulatory standards, and maintains technical expertise. Requires regular onsite travel, including 2–3-night trips typically 1–2 times monthly.

Build and integrate AI-driven systems across dashboards, revenue platforms, CRM, and marketing workflows. Develop predictive lead scoring, forecasting, NLP, segmentation, propensity models, chatbots, automated outreach, and revenue intelligence dashboards. Analyze GTM performance and marketing ROI, improve data quality, support experimentation, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Client Success teams to drive acquisition, retention, and growth. Lead AI adoption and provide training across revenue teams.

Support interior finishes sales by coordinating flooring, tile, countertop, and cabinetry installations. Manage bids, documentation, scheduling, customer communication, project tracking, and cross-team handoffs to ensure timely, accurate job completion and excellent service.

Supports the automotive internet sales department by building customer relationships, managing online sales processes, confirming appointments, training staff, providing sales support, and assisting with deal closing. The role also helps oversee department operations and works closely with management, employees, and customers to improve the sales process.

Lead the origination and execution of secondary transactions, collaborate cross-functionally, mentor junior staff, and pursue investment opportunities in a growing team.

Assists the Assistant Director of Finance with general ledger maintenance, balance sheet reconciliations, payroll, accounts payable, general cashiering, internal controls, and departmental support. Supervises finance activities, ensures compliance with hotel and corporate policies, supports labor and payroll matters, develops finance staff, and contributes to other accounting functions as needed. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, multitasking, communication, and flexibility to work weekends when necessary.

This role involves developing and optimizing LLM applications, architecting workflows, and integrating AI functionalities. Strong experience in AI/ML and collaboration is required.

Leads marketing operations strategy and execution, including lifecycle management, lead scoring, routing, marketing technology, attribution, campaign tracking, reporting, data enrichment, privacy, and compliance. Partners with Sales Operations, Revenue, Data, Legal, and Marketing teams to optimize funnel performance, improve data quality, implement tools, and deliver actionable pipeline and ROI insights.

Supports digital marketing and communications through social media, email, website, blog, and multimedia content. Assists with content calendars, SEO, website updates, campaign execution, event promotion, brand storytelling, and digital performance reporting. The intern also researches industry trends and audience insights while collaborating with internal teams and supporting public policy communications. This is a part-time hybrid internship based in Charlotte, North Carolina, offering mentorship and hands-on experience in renewable energy marketing.
