Senior individual contributor owning Tulip's visual brand and marketing design system. Build and maintain component libraries, templates, and campaign creative across paid, organic, email, and events. Create AI-assisted design workflows, image generation pipelines, and prompt systems. Provide commercial legal support by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating SaaS, software license, services, vendor, partner, and confidentiality agreements. Advise sales and cross-functional teams on commercial, data privacy, cybersecurity, and AI-related issues. Build contracting templates, playbooks, and workflows; deliver training; monitor legal and regulatory developments; and support corporate governance and compliance projects as needed.

Partner with the Founder to build and run company operations: translate vision into plans, lead hiring and training, create SOPs and KPIs, manage performance and escalations, oversee cross-functional leaders, and deliver projects on time while protecting quality and scaling service operations.

Consult with restaurant owners/operators to identify operational and technology solutions, connect them to vetted third-party vendors, assist partner vetting, and build relationships with internal sales and product teams.
