Conduct an end-to-end machine learning research project focused on audio and voice AI. Responsibilities include literature review, implementation, experimentation, ablation design, model training and evaluation on large-scale telephony audio, presenting findings, and potentially moving successful results into production. Potential areas include text-to-speech, speech recognition, neural audio codecs, streaming inference, and conversational turn-taking.

Promotes profitable sales growth through website and customer/dealer outreach. Develops and maintains customer relationships, handles inquiries and service issues, conducts outbound prospecting, identifies business opportunities, supports technology adoption, consults on products and programs, negotiates sales terms, and prepares presentations and proposals. Documents sales activities in Salesforce and analyzes sales and market data while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Lead complex technology implementations from scoping through delivery across internal teams, customers, and third-party partners. Own timelines, dependencies, risks, governance, change control, technical integration design, stakeholder communication, and delivery artifacts. Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, Customer Success, and public-sector customers to ensure high-quality, on-time outcomes. Help build scalable professional services processes and delivery playbooks.

Develop and enhance a real estate software application using .NET Core, Razor Pages, front-end technologies, and APIs. Design responsive user interfaces, create mockups and design standards, build new features, improve user experience, and contribute to future-state architecture. Collaborate with an Agile team, gather requirements, recommend solutions, write and test code, and support AI-based functionality.
