The Strategy and New Business Development Manager will explore markets, shape offerings, identify partners, and execute strategic initiatives to inform business development for HP IQ's innovative practices.

Leads HP IQ’s digital product design organization, managing senior product designers, design engineers, and intelligent systems designers. Sets creative direction, champions design quality, builds team culture, mentors leaders, and partners with engineering, AI/ML, hardware, and product teams from strategy through shipping. Guides AI-native design workflows using LLMs and generative tools while supporting rapid prototyping, strong craft, design systems, and high-quality software experiences.

Maintain financial records in QuickBooks across multiple entities, process accounts payable and receivable, reconcile bank and merchant accounts, support month-end close and journal entries, prepare financial reports, track expenses, assist with budgeting and cash flow reporting, and support the CFO with financial projects.

Supports contract development, negotiation, maintenance, research, analysis, and documentation. Coordinates contract processes, monitors inquiries and single case agreements, reviews proposals for accuracy and completeness, recommends changes, and identifies improvement opportunities. Additional duties include organizing office files and field gear, preparing informational materials, monitoring mail and permitting email, and potentially assisting with training or field projects. The role requires attention to detail, communication skills, independence, teamwork, and willingness to work in demanding winter and natural environments.

Welcomes and orients visitors at the Southeast Alaska Discovery Center, provides information, presents interpretive programs, operates visitor-center facilities and audiovisual equipment, maintains exhibits and grounds, and supports special events. The ranger may also assist with environmental education, community partnerships, marketing, social media, and virtual learning programs. This is a full-time winter placement in Ketchikan with shared bunkhouse housing and changing schedules.

Supports electrical design, integration, testing, and production of power generation equipment. Leads NWACC’s emerging technology education and workforce portfolio, translating employer needs into credit and non-credit programs, credentials, customized training, and career pathways. Oversees curriculum development, partnerships, faculty, budgets, grants, equipment, operations, assessment, and student employment outcomes across advanced technology areas including AI, robotics, automation, electronics, and semiconductors. Builds employer and education partnerships, supports recruitment and retention, monitors technology trends, and may teach up to nine credit hours per semester.

Supports Integrated Kidney Care finance through FP&A, operating expense P&L analysis, budgeting, forecasting, reconciliation, financial modeling, sensitivity analysis, dashboards, and metric development. Partners with operations, accounting, and payroll teams, provides actionable financial insights, supports reporting efficiencies, and contributes to business development and strategic initiatives.

Supports revenue accounting through valuation analysis, reconciliations, accounts receivable and cash transaction analysis, financial reporting, and audit support. Builds data models and reporting tools using SQL, SSIS, Tableau, VBA, Excel, Access, and related systems. Investigates data inconsistencies, improves processes, manages data dependencies, coordinates accounting and IT stakeholders, documents requirements, and executes projects and workstreams.

Leads continuous improvement across People Team processes by developing optimization strategies, redesigning workflows, diagnosing root causes, driving cross-functional initiatives, applying human-centered design, using data and automation, influencing stakeholders, and fostering operational excellence. The role requires extensive process improvement, transformation, consulting, or operations experience, with responsibility for measurable implementation outcomes and change adoption.

Supports the RFP and proposals strategy by screening bidding opportunities, preparing and submitting bids, managing proposal materials, completing registrations and paperwork, coordinating information across internal teams, tracking awards and renewals, maintaining contract records, synthesizing win/loss data, and archiving proposals.

Designs electrical control systems for engineered-to-order and configured-to-order HVACR equipment. Responsibilities include control circuit design, conductor and component sizing, schematics and panel layouts, PLC platform support, customer project management, troubleshooting, training, standards development, and collaboration with customers, vendors, contractors, and multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Executes supplier transitions, resourcing initiatives, and sustaining procurement projects. Coordinates cross-functional teams and suppliers, manages timelines, action plans, risks, documentation, and status reporting, and ensures operational readiness and continuity of supply. Supports sourcing and commodity strategies, resolves procurement challenges, expedites critical activities, and identifies process improvements. The role is fully onsite in Sidney, Ohio, with travel up to 10%.
