Build and operate an AI-assisted revenue acquisition engine through prospect research, outbound campaigns, CRM automation, lead follow-up, database reactivation, appointment generation, pipeline management, reporting, and continuous campaign optimization. The role targets private-pay healthcare businesses and requires independently managing prospect data, workflows, messaging, qualification, and revenue-focused growth initiatives.

Owns the operational systems and workflows supporting school programs, including data integrity, roster synchronization, user accounts, dashboards, program launches, lesson publishing, teacher materials, surveys, reporting, communications, and routine support. The role partners with Product, Program, and Communications teams to improve processes, troubleshoot issues, and build scalable infrastructure for student and school experiences.
