The Regional Sales Director is responsible for managing new business sales, setting revenue targets, team development, and client relationships to drive growth and retention in a defined region.

Represent NOCD in-market to build and manage provider partnerships with behavioral health prescribers, clinicians, and health systems. Conduct face-to-face meetings, educate on ERP therapy, map and penetrate territory using data, drive monthly patient referrals, and travel up to 75% to meet quotas.

Lead and schedule end-to-end technical implementations of large, complex MindBox or mortgage origination systems. Manage cross-regional, long-term projects, coordinate databases and configurations, drive best practices, and ensure successful client deliveries.

Consult with clients to craft personalized itineraries, research destinations and accommodations, manage bookings and updates using booking platforms, provide responsive customer service, resolve issues, and stay current on travel policies and trends.

Support clients with financial reporting and technical accounting: prepare/review financial statements, implement new accounting standards (ASC 842/606/805), research and draft technical memos, assist SEC reporting, perform reconciliations/journal entries, optimize accounting processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client solutions and manage project delivery.

Develop and test embedded multimedia and infotainment software on QNX/Embedded Linux/Android. Design, analyze, port, and debug code (C/C++/Java); participate in design reviews; lead projects and small teams; coordinate with customers and internal teams; occasionally travel for training and coordination.

Lead US go-to-market and alliance strategy for Oracle and NetSuite practices, owning pipeline, revenue, partner relationships, sales plays, campaigns, account pursuits, and cross-functional GTM execution. Drive co-sell motions with Oracle/NetSuite field teams, maintain partner tier compliance, and represent Jade Global at industry and partner events to build market presence and thought leadership.

Respond to incoming leads and customer inquiries via phone, text, and email; schedule sales appointments; maintain CRM records; follow up to generate showroom traffic and sales opportunities; provide excellent customer service; learn dealership sales processes and product knowledge with a path to Sales Consultant.

Design and produce visual and interaction assets for web, portals, and mobile. Create wireframes to high-fidelity designs, deliver graphics/animations, collaborate with UX and developers, ensure consistent branding, and research visual design best practices.

Design, develop, and maintain iOS mobile applications; apply enterprise architecture patterns; work with hybrid frameworks (Angular, Ionic, Cordova); implement offline storage, threading, performance tuning, analytics, and push notifications; debug and optimize; follow Agile/Waterfall processes; mentor junior developers.
