The Instructional Systems Designer will develop engaging e-learning and blended learning solutions, ensure proper configuration of learning assets, create documentation, and provide support for authoring tools and templates.

Design, develop, implement, and evaluate instructor-led, blended, and technology-enabled training using ISD methodologies. Conduct needs analyses and assessments, create learning objectives, lesson plans, guides, exams, and evaluation instruments. Collaborate with SMEs, use LMS and educational technologies, analyze outcomes, ensure compliance with government standards, and support the full instructional systems development lifecycle.

Designs, develops, maintains, and evaluates web-based and instructor-led security training for a federal client. Responsibilities include applying ADDIE, conducting training needs analyses, creating course designs and storyboards, developing assessments, maintaining curricula, supporting beta testing, ensuring quality, and aligning learning products with organizational goals and Department of Defense standards. The role also requires client partnership and leadership of instructional development projects.

The Instructional Systems Specialist will design and develop training programs, focusing on curriculum development and applying ISD methodologies. Responsibilities include material generation, validation, delivery oversight, and effectiveness measurement.

Design, develop, implement, and evaluate instructional programs, eLearning, multimedia, and training materials using ADDIE and instructional design best practices to support Air Force education and training missions.

Design and develop instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced technical learning experiences, including eLearning, videos, job aids, and performance support. Partner with product teams and SMEs, storyboard and produce multimedia assets, perform needs analyses, maintain training materials, and manage multiple content projects to drive customer proficiency and success.

The Instructional Systems Designer supports the JTO Interface Training Program with curriculum development, training delivery, and course management to enhance operational forces' capabilities.

Design and develop classroom and web-based courseware using ADDIE/ISD. Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to create leadership-focused learning materials, pilot and test courses, produce job aids, and apply adult-learning best practices. Provide ISD support to customers and deliver measurable training solutions.
