Design and develop e-learning modules, blended learning paths, assessments, and performance support for the commercial organization. Partner with SMEs to analyze needs, modernize training using adult learning principles, deploy content to the LMS, measure effectiveness, and support onboarding, sales enablement, and product/brand education programs.

Design and develop eLearning, instructor-led, and blended learning using adult-learning models (ADDIE/SAM). Build modules in Articulate Storyline/Rise, collaborate with SMEs, create assessments, apply UDL/WCAG 2.1 accessibility, use AI for content curation, and manage project scope and review cycles to meet organizational learning goals.

Partner with faculty to design, develop, and improve online and hybrid courses in Canvas using instructional design principles, evaluate course effectiveness, train faculty, and recommend improvements based on analytics and feedback.

Design and evaluate AI-enhanced instructional materials, lead Agentic AI implementations for adaptive learning, collaborate with faculty and technologists, run needs analyses and effectiveness evaluations, and deliver faculty training on AI in education.

An instructional designer is required to convert content into game formats, create quizzes, and work with manuals. Excellent writing skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines are essential.

Assist in creating HSE training materials, translate regulatory requirements into training content, review existing materials, and evaluate training efficiency.

Design and deliver synchronous and asynchronous learning programs by partnering with SMEs and learning teams. Evaluate and implement instructional technologies, create training materials (scripts, role-plays, guides), and measure program effectiveness using surveys and analytics. Build dashboards and reports to show ROI and impact, provide training and guidance on instructional tools, and manage multiple long-term projects to completion.

Lead design, development, and management of governance education for cooperative directors. Oversee full course lifecycle, create multi-format learning materials, collaborate with SMEs and contractors, incorporate technology-forward strategies, deliver sessions at events, manage budgets and contracted instructors, evaluate outcomes, and support continuous improvement.

Lead and mentor an instructional design team to create scalable eLearning, instructor-led, and blended learning solutions. Manage stakeholder relationships, project pipeline, LMS deployment, and compliance. Apply instructional design models, use Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Cloud, perform needs analyses, and drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Design immersive, performance-driven simulations and training using tools like Articulate and Captivate. Collaborate with SMEs and operations to mirror real call flows, deploy content to an LMS (SCORM/xAPI), analyze feedback, and support rollout. Bilingual Spanish a plus; travel required.

Design and develop sales enablement and marketing-aligned learning assets (eLearning, ILT/VILT, blended solutions), manage Absorb LMS user administration, evaluate learning effectiveness, create job aids and launch training, and collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, and Training to drive product adoption and revenue.

Lead end-to-end curriculum design and delivery for learning programs using adult learning theory and ADDIE. Manage blended learning (e-learning, instructor-led, peer learning), coach support teams, consult with business leaders, use data and Kirkpatrick evaluations to measure impact, and drive training-related KPI improvements.

Design and develop eLearning and VILT content for product launches: define learning objectives, produce and edit multimedia training, package modules in LMS, consult with PMs and SMEs, and ensure quality and branding standards across training assets.
