The Instructional Systems Designer (ISD) supports the Academic Development Branch by designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating instructional programs, eLearning content, multimedia products, and training materials. Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Educational Design, or a related field, or five years of applied experience in Instructional Systems Design (ISD).
- Demonstrated experience in at least two of the following areas:
- Learning theory and educational psychology
- Instructional design methodologies
- Educational assessment and evaluation
- Instructional product development and validation
- Proficiency with modern instructional technologies, including Adobe Captivate, SCORM-compliant courseware, virtual reality, simulation, gaming, and 3D modeling tools.
- Strong organizational, communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Zoom, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Master's degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Educational Design, or a related discipline.
