Design and develop high-impact learning experiences for onboarding, product education, and enablement. Partner with SMEs to create scripts, interactive guides, video explainers, motion graphics, and templates. Conduct learner research, usability testing, and audits to ensure accessibility (WCAG) and measurable impact. Establish scalable frameworks and iterate content across teams and clients.

Develops training curricula and educational materials for in-person, virtual, and eLearning programs. Collaborates with subject matter experts and stakeholders, coordinates skills assessments, applies instructional design and adult learning principles, evaluates training effectiveness through metrics, and researches instructional technologies. The role requires onsite attendance in Thief River Falls, Minnesota and is intended for a student pursuing instructional design, learning experience design, educational technology, educational psychology, or a related field.

Designs and develops engaging e-learning courses, instructor-led materials, job aids, assessments, and multimedia content for adult corporate learners. Collaborates with subject matter experts and stakeholders, applies instructional design principles and adult learning theory, uses tools such as Articulate 360 and Workday Learning, conducts quality assurance, evaluates learning effectiveness, and updates content. Requires strong communication, organization, project management, and problem-solving skills.

Designs, develops, delivers, and maintains instructor-led and blended technical training for enterprise server, network, and platform environments. Responsibilities include task analysis, instructional systems design, courseware and WCI development, lesson plans, assessments, lab exercises, training effectiveness evaluation, metrics, course validation, configuration management, and coordination with engineering and program teams.

Develop and design OSINT-focused training curricula and e-learning modules. Produce training materials, establish new tradecraft TTPs, lead instructional development, and supervise training design to support government intelligence operations.

Leads client discovery and instructional strategy, applying adult learning principles and ADDIE/SAM methodologies. This is a hybrid position based in San Antonio or the Dallas-Fort Worth area with travel as needed.

Designs and maintains SharePoint solutions and interactive eLearning for federal records management and CUI workflows. Develops training using Articulate 360 and Camtasia, translates compliance requirements into accessible materials, supports modernization rollouts through onboarding and helpdesk assistance, and evaluates training effectiveness.
