Owner of Service Supply Chain reporting and analytics: maintain Power BI dashboards and core data model, query data with SQL, define KPIs, analyze customer experience and spare-parts trends, translate business needs into solutions, and grow into a functional SAP S/4HANA support role (aATP, Entitlement Management, Asset Management).

Own item-level forecasting, purchasing, and inventory planning for a portfolio. Translate financial and merchandising targets into supply plans, manage vendor relationships, analyze KPIs (in-stock, WOS, turns, fill rates), and lead cross-functional planning to reduce risk and improve inventory performance.

Support Launch supply chain by analyzing complex datasets, building Power BI reports and automated tools, partnering with software teams, standardizing metrics, and implementing process and system improvements to increase efficiency and enable strategic planning across cross-functional teams.
