Manufacturing & Supply Chain Business Process Analyst

Ultradent is looking for a Manufacturing & Supply Chain Business Process Analyst to help drive process improvement and transformation across our Manufacturing and Supply Chain organization.

This role is focused on improving business performance through the analysis, design, and implementation of business processes. You will work across Manufacturing and Supply Chain to identify opportunities, standardize processes, and lead improvements ranging from localized workflows to full end-to-end value stream transformations. This position will also play an important role in supporting both business and digital transformation initiatives.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to document, analyze, and design business processes, ranging from localized workflows to full value streams.

  • Model current-state and future-state business processes to support transformation efforts.

  • Identify, prioritize, and execute process improvement opportunities aligned with strategic business goals.

  • Define, track, and report on key process metrics and performance indicators.

  • Partner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, IT, and other subject matter experts to develop and implement process improvement solutions.

  • Support strategic initiatives and drive greater alignment and standardization across manufacturing, logistics, and planning teams.

  • Lead projects focused on COGS improvements, including factory layouts, material flow, and simulation modeling.

  • Participate in the selection and implementation of enterprise business systems used within Manufacturing and Supply Chain.

  • Support the evaluation, scaling, and implementation of Manufacturing and Supply Chain software platforms to ensure business alignment and value.

  • Maintain and continue to develop a centralized business process model repository.

What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Project management certification required (e.g., PMP, CSM, or equivalent).

  • Strong knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) principles, methodologies, and tools.

  • Demonstrated experience with process analysis, process mapping/modeling, and process design.

  • Experience managing projects and leading cross-functional initiatives.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams toward actionable outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred.

  • Experience in medical device or regulated manufacturing environments.

  • Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Theory of Constraints.

  • Experience with organizational change management.

  • BPM or process modeling certification, such as CBPP or CBPMP.
