Provide onsite technical support for public safety vehicle intelligence/ALPR solutions: troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, VPN/VLAN, Windows Server and Linux systems, manage support tickets/calls, update KB documentation, collaborate with product/engineering, assist sales, and support cloud, container, and virtualization environments.

Serve as L2/L3 escalation for connected device portfolio: diagnose and resolve device connectivity and firmware issues, reproduce bugs, coordinate field service and engineering, maintain knowledge base, drive root-cause analysis, produce operational reports, and support install conversion and future IoT launches.

Provide Tier 2 managed services support for Windows, Linux, virtualization, networking and applications. Troubleshoot and maintain VMware, firewalls, Active Directory, IIS/Apache, databases, backups, and enterprise infrastructure. Participate in on-call rotation, document procedures, assist projects, and improve operational processes.

Provide remote phone and email technical support for cash recycling machines, diagnosing hardware and software issues, guiding users and field technicians, documenting tickets, following scripts and escalating complex problems.

Provide L1 production application support: triage tickets, perform initial troubleshooting and SQL queries, monitor systems and alerts, follow runbooks/SOPs, resolve known issues, escalate to L2/L3, maintain documentation and knowledge base, participate in shifts/on-call.

Troubleshoot and resolve customer-reported issues across Alkami's platform by analyzing logs, running SQL queries, and managing tickets to SLA. Escalate complex problems, assist lower-level engineers, document resolutions, support releases and deployments, participate in on-call rotations, monitor environments, and perform root cause analysis to improve system reliability and client experience.

Provide tier 2 technical support: maintain, troubleshoot, and repair hardware, software, networks and minor servers; manage desktop and mobile device administration; deploy updates and software images using enterprise management tools; create documentation and collaborate with teams to resolve incidents and improve processes.

Provide first-level application support: triage and resolve L1 tickets, perform initial troubleshooting and SQL queries, monitor alerts, execute runbooks, escalate complex issues to L2/L3, maintain documentation and knowledge base, and participate in shift/on-call rotations to ensure production system stability.

Provide high-touch, in-person IT support for executives and office staff, owning endpoint, conference room A/V, touchboard, and Microsoft 365 administration. Troubleshoot hardware, networking, VPN, and identity issues, manage device imaging and onboarding, support Exchange/Teams/SharePoint/OneDrive, and collaborate with infrastructure, security, and vendors to ensure executive-ready meeting spaces and reliable workplace technology.

Lead Bear Robotics' end-to-end IT function as a hands-on, player-coach. Own IT strategy, systems, infrastructure, security, identity/access, ITGCs and audit readiness (SOX/SOC2/ISO). Administer core SaaS, networking, endpoints, service delivery, vendor/asset management, documentation, and support. Build policies, controls, and a scalable IT team for public-company readiness.
