Provide on-site IT support for production floors and offices: install, configure, and troubleshoot PCs, printers, scanners, handhelds, network equipment, and cabling; maintain server rooms, UPS and cooling; respond to help desk tickets; assist with deployments, upgrades, and on-call support to minimize manufacturing downtime.

Entry-level IT operations role in an onsite Dallas graduate program. Support day-to-day IT operations, automation scripting, platform administration, monitoring, cross-functional collaboration, and professional training.

Manage environment setup, backups, disaster recovery, monitoring, performance tuning, capacity planning, automation, and technical documentation while collaborating with infrastructure teams and following governance and security standards.

Provide production application support for Citi FX applications: monitor systems, resolve incidents, perform start-of-day checks and handovers, maintain support documentation, participate in releases, assess production risk, and collaborate with development, infrastructure and business teams to drive stability and improvements.

Provide technical support for Mainframe Storage Management software: troubleshoot complex issues using logs/traces/debugging, reproduce problems in lab environments, coordinate with Development on defects, manage escalations and on-call rotations, document and share KCS knowledge, and advise customers on configuration and upgrades.

Provide fast, friendly Tier I IT support (in-person and remote) for a 350-person clinical research operation. Triage and document incidents, assist with VoIP, Windows/Mac troubleshooting, Microsoft 365 administration, hardware procurement, asset management, and contribute to internal documentation.

Provide hands-on system administration for Windows/Microsoft 365 and Linux environments, identity and access management, virtualization and storage, UniFi networking, and end-user support. Maintain security, automation (PowerShell/Bash), ITSM workflows, and multi-site infrastructure to improve reliability and operational efficiency.

Provide L1/L2 basis administration for 24x7 operations. Work in shifts to manage and operate customer applications, ensuring availability and incident response.
