Provide hands-on technical support and escalations for enterprise storage customers, perform installations/upgrades/field services, troubleshoot Linux, networking and storage issues, submit/manage bugs and feature requests, and collaborate with sales, professional services, and engineering to ensure customer satisfaction and product adoption.

Lead Verily's centralized IT organization, set IT strategy and roadmap, recruit and mentor technical teams, and oversee enterprise architecture, applications, networking, device management, program management, and IT support. Collaborate cross-functionally to evolve corporate systems, drive productivity and AI automation, and ensure integration with security and compliance.

Provide reactive and proactive technical support to external customers: troubleshoot and qualify incidents, document issues and solutions, liaise with Tier-II for escalations, and create support documentation for internal and external web pages.

Provide production application support for mainframe and middleware environments: troubleshoot production outages, perform root cause analysis, debug Java code, manage incidents/changes, support databases (Oracle/DB2), and use monitoring/scheduling tools to meet SLAs.

Manage Sybase ASE databases: create/configure databases, perform backup/restore, troubleshoot and resolve performance and integrity issues, monitor databases, perform upgrades, and support replication for disaster recovery. Requires basic AIX/Linux knowledge and strong communication skills. Long-term, remote role.

Provide Unix/Linux application support: handle and prioritize tickets, assess impact, analyze monitoring alerts/incidents, perform bug fixes, and triage with stakeholders. Autosys experience is a plus. Requires at least one year of application support experience.

Support IT service management by monitoring systems, reading and analyzing logs (Splunk/Introscope), tracking metrics, creating documentation, and driving process improvements. Use Microsoft Office tools for reporting and communication.

Maintain, upgrade, and manage SaaS and internal IT systems; administer user access and permissions; troubleshoot outages with third-party vendors; validate and test changes; implement data governance and compliance; train users; collaborate with IT teams, Solution Architect and Project Manager to meet deadlines and budgets.

Support implementation, maintenance, and optimization of ERP systems. Analyze business processes, document technical requirements, configure and test ERP modules, assist integrations and data migration, maintain documentation, provide end-user support and training, troubleshoot issues, ensure data integrity, and support ERP project planning.

Manage and maintain HPC clusters, storage, networking, and job schedulers. Install/configure hardware and software, optimize performance, support users, enforce security, run backups and DR, coordinate hardware repairs, and participate in on-call rotation.
