Supports daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training compliance, HRIS administration, payroll support, employee engagement, safety programs, and personnel records. Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, GAAP compliance, budgeting, forecasting, audits, payroll, benefits, insurance, and internal controls. Manage manufacturing and project accounting, including cost accounting, bill of materials, inventory valuation, and reconciliation. Provide financial oversight of supply chain activities, vendor costs, procurement budgets, and financial systems while advising leadership on performance and process improvements.

Maintains ISO-compliant quality systems, improves coil coating process quality and yield, controls calibration, analyzes nonconforming materials and process data, develops procedures and quality reports, supports audits and contract reviews, and leads vendor claim, customer complaint, and continuous improvement investigations.

Serves as the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, subcontractors, and callers. Responsibilities include greeting and directing guests, routing phone calls, managing mail and deliveries, scheduling conference rooms, maintaining common areas, ordering office supplies, and providing general administrative support. Build and scale pipelines that generate, grade, verify, and QA reinforcement-learning environments and agentic coding tasks. Create realistic coding worlds around production codebases, automate task creation into the thousands, develop throughput-enhancing infrastructure, and manage the full task lifecycle. Analyze failures, prevent reward hacking and grader loopholes, run workloads on GCP, and use coding agents to accelerate environment development and validation.

Provide customer service and enforce center policies while ensuring safety and security of veteran residents. Document incidents, perform building patrols, assist in emergencies, support events, perform basic maintenance, food handling, driving, and training duties. Maintain confidentiality and administrative records.

Support and improve process control applications for assigned chemical processing units: develop and tune control strategies, provide advanced multivariable control, support PLC/DCS/SIS design and maintenance, participate in PHA/LOPA/MOC and incident investigations, manage alarm systems, train operators, and assist projects and FAT to meet production, quality, safety, and energy targets.
