Manage online vehicle leads and sales processes: structure and desk deals, submit to lenders, ensure compliance with laws and lender requirements, prepare paperwork, close deals, audit team deals post-sale, and drive financing and F&I product presentations to maximize profitability and funding.

Lead monthly close and produce GAAP-compliant financial statements; manage construction WIP and revenue recognition; govern GL, AP, fixed assets, leases, and intercompany activity; serve as technical accounting authority; maintain audit readiness, internal controls, and develop accounting staff to ensure accurate project cost data and reliable reporting.

Create short- and long-form videos and host live streams across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube to drive engagement, build community, and boost sales. Respond to audience interactions, collaborate with marketing on campaigns, track trends, and use basic editing to produce promotional content.

Handle initial client communications, respond to internet/phone/live chat inquiries, present basic product and financing information, schedule and follow up on sales appointments, maintain CRM records, and support team/process development.

Create and execute digital marketing assets (email campaigns, website updates, social visuals, infographics), support UX/visual designers, perform QA and content population, and collaborate with marketing, sales, and creative teams to ensure on-brand communications.
