Delivers onboarding and active-customer training across Instinct’s veterinary software product suite. Researches account history, workflows, and training needs using Glyphic, HubSpot, and Claude; tailors sessions to hospital teams; documents outcomes and follow-ups; supports shared ticketing and team coverage; travels frequently for on-site training; and provides customer feedback to enablement and product teams.

Manages customer-funded software development and research projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, milestones, risks, resources, and deliverables remain aligned. Serves as the primary customer contact, leads status meetings and demonstrations, translates contracts and requirements into development activities, coordinates cross-functional Agile teams, supports release planning, tracks financials and KPIs, and improves software and operations processes.

Oversee the full bookkeeping cycle, including monthly close, reconciliations, financial statements, general ledger maintenance, and AP/AR quality control. Review staff work, monitor account balances and budget variances, prepare audit documentation, resolve discrepancies, and improve accounting processes. The role requires advanced QuickBooks Enterprise and Excel skills, with Salesforce.com CRM training provided, and includes supervision and guidance of a small accounting team.

Leads and develops a high-performing SDR team responsible for prospecting, booking meetings, and exceeding pipeline goals. Owns top-of-funnel metrics, pipeline quality, and influenced revenue while recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and retaining SDR talent. Partners with Marketing, Sales, GTM Operations, and Enablement on campaigns and events. Orchestrates personalized outbound campaigns and uses data-driven analysis, AI, and experimentation to improve sales development effectiveness.

Processes consumer billing for private contracts, submits and tracks insurance claims, resolves denied or rejected claims, updates authorization records, addresses vendor billing issues, performs high-volume data entry, and provides administrative support including invoice mailings and monthly reporting.
