Role Description
Currently DWS sources technology infrastructure, corporate functions systems [Finance, Risk, HR, Legal, Compliance, AFC, Audit, Corporate Services etc] and other key services from DB. Project Proteus aims to strategically transform DWS to an Asset Management standalone operating platform; an ambitious and ground-breaking project that delivers separated DWS infrastructure and Corporate Functions in the cloud with essential new capabilities, further enhancing DWS’ highly competitive and agile Asset Management capability.

Your key responsibilities
Responsible for understanding functional requirements in partnership and collaboration with the Business, Architecture and Engineering teams.
Liaises with Business and technical community (architects, developers etc.) for solution identification.
Responsible for supporting the testing requirements together with the QA Team
Works with engineers, to prioritize, trouble shoot and resolve reported bugs / issues / stories on applications
Evaluating dependences, interfaces and specifying inputs and formatting outputs to meet the business requirements.
Responsible for defining Non-Functional Requirements
Supports User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defining testing requirements/strategy and review of interface testing between different applications.
Works with engineers to resolve functional issues arising from UAT.
Provides production level 3 support to ensure platform stability in production
experience of business Stakeholder management and excellent communication is a must.
Your skills and experience
Around 12+ years of experience in BA/BFA profile
Person must have spent at least 5 years working in Compliance/AFC domain of large bank
Must have experience in Employee Compliance and Trade Surveillance domain.
Must have prior experience in managing SaaS application portfolio in a global organisation
Subject matter expertise & preferably implementation / Product Management experience
Good understanding of cloud infrastructure, cloud technologies & SaaS solutions
Strong change management skills with the ability to engage and partner with senior leadership & stakeholders & mobilising strong talented teams to deliver impactful & measurable outcomes
Energetic, passionate, ‘can-do’ and committed to maximising this ‘opportunity of a lifetime’. Strategic and hands-on as the situation demands
Ability to thrive in a complex international global environment
Strong Logical Aptitude to understand the overall Application and root out the gaps wherein required

Education
Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited college or university with a concentration in Computer Science or Software Engineering (or equivalent).

Skills Required
