The P&C Product Manager III drives innovation in underwriting and product delivery using AI and emerging technologies. Responsibilities include leading collaborations across teams to enhance customer experiences and operational efficiency, conducting research and pilots, and aligning projects with strategic goals.

Manage and grow assigned healthcare accounts in the Northeast by building relationships, meeting/exceeding sales quotas, delivering remote presentations, providing quotes, closing deals, maintaining accurate pipeline and CRM records (Salesforce), coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction through product knowledge and consultative selling.

Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and data models. Communicate insights to technical and non-technical audiences and support capacity planning and financial analysis.

Performs and assists credit reviews, analyzes underwriting, financial statements, and loan documentation to assess borrower repayment ability and risk ratings. Compiles findings into narrative reports, ensures compliance with laws, regulations, and bank policies, coordinates with other departments and auditors, and maintains up-to-date regulatory knowledge.

Greet customers, assess needs, guide vehicle selection, conduct test drives, negotiate pricing and financing, complete sales paperwork, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. Work evenings/weekends and collaborate with team members to meet sales goals.

Manage key national accounts across a five-state region: build relationships, solicit new products and business, support changeovers, provide product/technical support, prepare Power BI/Excel reports, attend trade shows/events, perform installer ride-alongs, and drive revenue growth. Extensive travel required (~10 nights/month).

Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to gather, analyze, and document business and regulatory requirements for dispute processing. Write user stories, use cases, and functional specs, validate APIs and integrations using Postman, support testing and QA traceability, manage backlog, and provide post-implementation support.

Provide front-desk and administrative support for accounting operations, manage client communications, assist with tax return assembly and invoicing, maintain records and office supplies, ensure data integrity across systems, and support team scheduling and events, including overtime during peak tax periods.

Hunt for and close new corrugated packaging accounts across Columbus market. Qualify prospects, manage sales pipeline in CRM, meet revenue targets, coordinate quotes and production with internal teams, and provide market feedback to management while building long-term customer relationships.
