POSITION SUMMARY:
To ensure all supplier and manufacturer claims are filed and proper credits are received and applied.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- File all claims with supplier or manufacturer according to their specific requirements
- Communicate with all parties to ensure proper paperwork is obtained and filed in a timely manner.
- Obtain samples as needed
- Coordinate returns
- Make sure proper credits are received and applied
- Maintain a good relationship with vendors and staff
- Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Have earned a minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in the Flooring/Construction industry is preferred.
- Possess and have demonstrated proficient computer experience in Microsoft Office.
- Be able to multi-task and prioritize the duties required.
- Be able to work independently and problem solve.
