Coordinate the full opportunity lifecycle for the Lab and Testing Department, including Salesforce initiation, Team Center setup, customer and contract validation, risk assessments, quoting, purchase order review, credit checks, and closure. Support proposal owners and project managers, troubleshoot Salesforce processes, communicate with customers and regional teams, maintain tracking records, and improve administrative efficiency through technology and standardized workflows.

The role uses a consultative sales approach, networking, virtual and in-person meetings, marketing support, and residual commission opportunities.

Manage interior signage and workplace rebranding projects from design handoff through fabrication, installation, quality control, and closeout. Responsibilities include site assessments, drawing and design package reviews, competitive bidding, vendor and fabricator coordination, fabrication schedule tracking, installation oversight, punch list management, inspections, warranty documentation, and decommissioning coordination.
