Provide support, buildout, configuration, clustering, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for JBoss EAP 6.2 on RHEL6. Build HA clustered Domain Mode JBoss environments, support WebLogic, and convert applications from WebLogic 11g to JBoss. Experience with Community 7.x/WildFly, Apache, and scripting is beneficial.

Maintain centralized state and LME data sets (e.g., NC-TOPPS, e508), perform internet-based data entry, coordinate data tracking and follow-up with clinical staff, and provide help desk/IS support and parameter file maintenance.

Administer, monitor, tune, install, upgrade, and maintain MicroStrategy clustered Intelligence and Web Server environments on Linux. Troubleshoot issues, analyze logs, run DB queries (Netezza, PostgreSQL), support deployments and CI/CD automation, manage user/group provisioning, capacity planning, and disaster recovery. Communicate with MicroStrategy Tech Support and development teams.

Lead SAP Basis administration and production support in a large SAP environment (on AIX/DB2, HA). Manage Solution Manager, monitoring (SLD/SMD/Wily/CCMS), ChaRM/CTS+, BusinessObjects, BPC, TDMS/BWA, analyze ABAP performance issues, support month-end/on-call/weekend operations, and lead project tasks and documentation.

Administer and support SAS platform including SAS Grid and SPDS, implement metadata-level security, port/integrate SAS with Hadoop, optimize performance, manage installations, backups, connectivity, monitoring, storage and automation, and support migrations and production data loads.

Support daily operation of hosted applications and environments by monitoring production jobs/services, troubleshooting outages, supporting deployments and upgrades, performing QA/regression testing, assisting with backups/restores and disaster recovery, producing operational documentation, and participating in on-call rotations to ensure application stability and reliability.

Provide on-site audio, video and lighting setup, operation, troubleshooting and repair for hospitality events. Create estimates, manage inventories, coordinate resources and budgets, run room audits, perform software upgrades, train staff, and deliver professional client-facing technical support to ensure event success.

Provide Level-2 desktop/laptop and peripheral support, troubleshoot hardware, software, LAN and VPN connectivity, create and maintain system images, coordinate OEM warranty repairs, install/configure approved software, escalate incidents per SLAs, and recommend hardware/software solutions.
