The Chief of Staff supports the Americas GM across sales, marketing, account management, service delivery, finance, and HR. Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional initiatives, managing executive operating cadences, preparing communications and presentations, supporting sales forecasting and planning, driving partnerships and special projects, and providing analysis for strategic decisions. Remote incoming call specialist handling high-volume inbound calls, recording interactions in CRM, using dialer/phone software, protecting sensitive information, and following established procedures while collaborating with the internal team.

Manage global operational risk programs including risk engineering, property loss prevention, and business resilience. Partner with stakeholders and vendors to drive governance, compliance, audits, remediation, data analysis, and program deployment to reduce loss and ensure business continuity across manufacturing and supply chain operations.

Manages complex member escalations, investigates root causes, resolves high-priority issues, and coordinates with internal teams and external partners. Serves as the refund-policy subject matter expert by reviewing exceptions, auditing cases, monitoring trends, and providing recommendations. Documents cases, identifies process improvements, shares insights, and supports consistent, empathetic member communications while prioritizing multiple issues under pressure.

Performs complex deposit and bank operations tasks, including exception reviews, reporting, wire processing, NSF and chargeback processing, fraud review, Fed corrections, and Reg E compliance. The role supports multiple banking departments, mitigates operational risk, maintains compliance with banking regulations, improves procedures, and ensures accurate, responsive service to clients and internal teams.

Supports Employee Benefits operations by coordinating carrier appointments and contracting, managing portal access, routing legal and signature documents, monitoring request queues, maintaining records, troubleshooting access issues, and communicating status across teams. The role requires persistent follow-through, accurate documentation, proactive escalation, and collaboration with Account Management, Sales, Legal, Accounting, IT, and HR. It also supports onboarding, book rolls, internal updates, and special projects.

Administers and supports client desktop, server, network, virtualization, Microsoft 365, and cloud environments. Resolves escalated technical issues, manages infrastructure platforms, troubleshoots security and connectivity problems, supports backup and disaster recovery, and mentors Systems Technicians. The role also contributes to documentation, SOPs, process improvements, AI-enabled productivity initiatives, and exceptional customer service across remote, onsite, and field environments.

Build and lead Koyfin’s Revenue Operations function from scratch. Own HubSpot administration, integrations, data quality, enrichment, funnel definitions, lead scoring, dashboards, forecasting, test validation, and outbound messaging. Partner closely with AEs, SDRs, and sales leadership to improve sales motions, validate experiments, optimize messaging performance, and establish scalable processes and reporting infrastructure.

Provides remote administrative and client support, including phone and email communication, inbox and calendar management, accounts receivable and payable tasks, work order processing, document preparation, compliance support, lease renewals, basic marketing and social media assistance, SOP adherence, reporting, and team coordination.

Supports Utah HUB operational workflows, CMS form processing, recordkeeping, communications, facility onboarding, scheduling, reporting, meeting logistics, and workflow documentation. The role begins with project coordination and administrative responsibilities and later transitions toward referral coordination. It requires strong organization, communication, follow-up, customer service, and proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and Zoom. The position is fully remote, Utah-based, and involves minimal travel.
