The Human Resources Manager serves as the primary HR resource for employees and leaders in a veterinary hospital. Responsibilities include employee relations investigations, manager coaching, performance management, onboarding and offboarding, HR documentation, recruiting support, compliance, leave administration, ADA accommodations, HRIS processes, and employee engagement initiatives. Leads Zepz’s enterprise AML/CFT framework, including risk assessments, regulatory alignment, control oversight, transaction analysis, suspicious activity reporting to CTIF-CFI, monitoring, governance, and regulatory liaison activities. Advises executives and the Board, delivers AML training, and manages AML Analysts while ensuring accurate and timely compliance filings. Requires deep knowledge of Belgian AML regulations, autonomous decision-making, strong financial crime analysis, leadership, and executive communication skills.
