Developing network engineer supporting Juniper routing and switching in an enterprise environment. Perform configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and documentation under senior engineer guidance. Manage core HR operations including onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, HRIS data integrity, compliance with employment laws, employee relations support, team leadership, HR reporting, and process automation to improve HR workflows and reporting for leadership.

Manage day-to-day relationships for assigned healthcare clients, drive retention and expansion, run business reviews, advocate for clients internally, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and outcomes.

Sell property management services to prospective owners and investors by identifying, engaging, and converting leads. Build and maintain a pipeline, meet acquisition goals, ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction, maintain CRM and reporting, and collaborate cross-functionally to retain and grow managed properties.
