Administer semi-monthly multi-state payroll and employee benefits for approximately 200 employees. Manage benefits enrollments, qualifying life events, open enrollment, leave programs, onboarding, offboarding, confidential records, HR reports, and policy updates. Serve as a resource for benefits questions and support payroll tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Oversees marketing and creative teams, manages agencies and vendors, partners with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts, and ensures consistent messaging and visual identity across channels. Builds scalable marketing processes, develops talent, and translates complex investment topics into compelling content for investors, sponsors, partners, and employees.

Implements and supports enterprise network security solutions, including SD-WAN, firewalls, secure web gateways, and WAFs. Designs network security architectures, manages vendors, performs infrastructure upgrades, troubleshoots incidents, conducts risk assessments and cyber investigations, supports forensic research, and recommends corrective actions. The role also monitors security effectiveness and resolves network security infrastructure issues.
