Inside sales representative managing assigned customer accounts: take and process orders, provide product advice and technical support, prepare quotes, maintain and grow client relationships, collaborate with field sales and warehouse to ensure accurate deliveries, and provide excellent after‑sales service.

Lead global sourcing strategies for clinical and commercial manufacturing, drive supplier selection and performance, negotiate complex high-value contracts, collaborate across Technical Operations, Legal, Finance and commercial teams, build business cases, assess market and supplier capabilities, and optimize sourcing processes to ensure resilient, cost-efficient, and sustainable supply networks.

Conduct outbound calling to engage new and existing business customers nationwide for answering services. Identify and qualify leads via prospecting, networking, and cold calling. Track activity in CRM, follow up on inquiries, meet KPIs with Sales Manager, and occasionally assist with customer training and onboarding. Travel occasionally as needed.

Manage customer relationships and contractual compliance, prepare cost estimates and price quotes, analyze sales and bookings, support annual business planning, coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve production, delivery, and quality issues, and report product-line performance to leadership.
