Provide help desk support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, telephones and related equipment. Interact with prospective and current residents, coordinate marketing and waitlists, ensure compliance with affordable housing programs (HUD/Section 8), and support property administrative and financial goals.

Handle customer order entry, provide quotes, resolve inquiries and chargebacks, release finished goods, build customer relationships, and cross-train to support the team.

Manage Ivalua's most strategic AMER partners to scale regional sales and delivery. Strengthen partner strategy, recruit and build long-term relationships, support go-to-market and business development, and coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and internal teams. Role requires travel (~30%) and collaboration with senior leadership.

Provide on-site technical support to end-users: troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues; manage user accounts, endpoints, and assets; document tickets; escalate complex problems; assist with tool consolidation and SSO integration.

Serve as the primary client contact for key accounts, build strong relationships, onboard and train new clients, and advise on monitoring solutions. Proactively identify client needs, analyze performance data, coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical issues, and drive account optimization and success.

Manage property risk and claims for a multifamily and commercial portfolio: investigate incidents, perform root cause analyses, coordinate claims lifecycle, implement loss prevention, produce claims reporting, and partner with operations, insurance, and leadership to reduce frequency and severity of claims.
