Support ecommerce and marketing teams to plan, create, schedule, and publish social and email campaign content. Produce short-form video and assets, manage TikTok Shop and creator partnerships, engage community, track performance, research trends/competitors, assist email campaign execution, and coordinate campaign logistics and reporting.

Manage and administer employee leave and attendance programs (FMLA, STD/LTD, workers' comp, military/jury leave). Track, verify, and audit timecards and leave records, ensure compliance with federal/state laws, liaise with payroll/benefits/TPAs, support supervisors and employees, generate reports, handle discipline related to attendance, and assist with system testing and process improvements.

Support marketing team by creating social media and website content, conducting market and competitor research, drafting blog posts and email newsletters, assisting event marketing, tracking campaign performance, preparing reports, and collaborating with design and sales teams.
