Lead end-to-end delivery of client engagements: manage scope, schedule, budgets, risks, and governance; translate technical designs into execution plans; own go-live and hypercare; build client relationships, mentor teams, and identify growth opportunities.

Own day-to-day invoicing, accounts receivable, collections, and some AP tasks. Lead and manage ACT's contract services team, oversee contract drafting, review, negotiation, and quality control. Drive contract lifecycle processes, repositories, reporting, CLM implementation, and provide senior legal guidance to business partners and the contracts team. Serve as trusted advisor on commercial, government procurement, compliance, and risk matters.

Design, develop, and configure custom ServiceNow solutions; lead scoping and implementations; mentor junior developers; perform code reviews; ensure best-practice-aligned delivery, documentation, upgrades, and risk mitigation.

Provide escalated operational support for global B2B clients on an API-based investing platform. Troubleshoot client issues, triage and document cases, coordinate with Engineering, Compliance, Onboarding and Product, improve workflows and documentation, contribute to client enablement, and participate in weekend support coverage.

Lead and coach regional property teams for affordable and mixed-income housing, ensure compliance with LIHTC/HUD regulations, drive occupancy and financial performance, manage owner/agency relationships, refine SOPs, and support acquisitions and lease-ups.

Provide administrative support for a branch by coordinating schedules, processing payroll and financial transactions (AP/AR), handling customer inquiries, maintaining records and inventory, and partnering with the Branch Leader to keep daily operations running smoothly.
