Part-time SEO/AEO consultant to grow organic visibility across search and AI answer engines. Develop SEO roadmap, perform technical audits, keyword research, content optimization, track AI citations, implement schema and authority-building strategies, partner with content and tech teams, and report monthly on rankings, traffic, and AI visibility.

Design, build, upgrade, and support global Citrix desktop virtualization and Windows server environments. Lead architectural decisions, troubleshoot production issues, automate tasks with PowerShell and CI tools, manage AD/SAML/SSO integrations, mentor team members, and liaise with stakeholders and vendors to deliver resilient, high-availability solutions.

Lead development and ownership of end-to-end data pipelines and platform tools. Build and optimize ingestion, transform data with dbt and Jinja, implement monitoring/alerting, manage deployments and CI/CD, and create self-service analytics applications and internal tooling.

Lead 24x7 SOC operations and incident response including detection, triage, forensic analysis, containment, eradication, recovery, malware analysis, threat hunting, and CTI. Ensure incident reporting and evidence handling per NIST SP 800-86, coordinate with NIH leadership, configure SOC tools, run tabletop exercises, and produce forensic activity metrics and after-action reports.
